Welcome to our new site
Anemone × hybrida ‘September Charm’ is a graceful, award-winning perennial that brings soft elegance to the late-season garden with masses of slightly cupped, silvery pink flowers accented by deeper pink backs and bright yellow centers. Blooming from late summer through fall, its delicate-looking flowers are held on wiry stems above finely divided, dark green foliage, creating a light, airy effect that dances in the breeze. One of the longest-blooming perennials, it provides weeks of colour when many other plants begin to fade. Thriving in full to partial sun with rich, evenly moist, well-drained soil, this hardy and low-maintenance variety spreads gently to form naturalized colonies over time. Ideal for borders, cottage gardens, and naturalized settings, ‘September Charm’ also makes an excellent cut flower while attracting pollinators and resisting deer and rabbits.

🌱 Perennial Care Guide (Gatineau/Ottawa)
All perennials at Nesbitt’s are suitable for hardiness zones 1 through 5. This means they are selected to withstand a wide range of colder climates and seasonal temperature variations in our region.
Perennials are expected to return year after year when planted in the right conditions. To support strong root development and long-term performance, use well-draining soil and enrich with compost or peat moss. Choosing the right plant for your garden’s light and soil will help ensure reliable growth and consistent blooms each season.
